Pat Victory, Managing Principal 

Mr. Victory brings more than 22 years entrepreneurial and executive management experience serving the energy services, manufacturing, technology/Internet, telecommunications, commercial real estate development and wholesale and retail durable goods sales and service industries. He has spent most of his career as founder/CEO of several successful start-up companies.

Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.

Michael Linberg, Managing Principal 

Mr. Linberg's background includes buying, operating and selling companies in a variety of industries including software companies, ATM-related businesses, telecom-related companies and a major utility. He has handled a variety of deal transactions from the buy and the sell side as both an investor and a merger & acquisition consultant.

B.A. from the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Andrew Butler, Principal 

Mr. Butler has over thirty years of financial analysis experience in high-tech start-ups, retail, and the petrochemical industry. Mr. Butler started his career, as a financial analyst for Max Factor & Company in Los Angeles and after less than a year became Manager of the Financial Analysis Department. His next position was Director of Financial Planning for a billion dollar subsidiary of a major petrochemical company. Since then, he has been Chief Financial Officer of two high-tech start-ups that designed cutting-edge software. He has worked with many high-tech companies on acquisitions, analysis, and bank negotiations.

Kirk Novak, Principal 

Mr. Novak's global experience encompasses senior management in business operations, marketing, business development, sales, and licensing in the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, including a 3 1/2 year assignment in the UK as Managing Director for a division of Shell Oil - Criterion Catalysts. He was also a founder and first employee of two start-up companies that received initial funding from private placement capital offerings.

Kurt Mullen, Principal 

Mr. Mullen comes to Trinity after a successful career as an entrepreneur. He has started and sold several companies and has participated in multiple M&A transactions. After retiring from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, he worked in the telecommunications industry for several years before launching his first company.

Jimi Ellis, Principal 

Mr. Ellis has spent the last ten years developing and managing high visibility Retail and Office projects in the San Antonio Area. Prior to that he owned and operated a securities firm which he later sold. Post sale he was retained by Instinet Securities as vice president of Marketing for several years. He holds 5 securities licenses. 

B.S. in Psychology from Texas State University, Masters in Psychology, Walden School of Psychology.
